What we do…
MVHS offers weekly academic classes, amazing field trips, and hosts the annual Homeschool Field Day in NE GA.
At Mountain View Homeschooling, students engage in active, fun group projects, crafts, and activities that bring learning to life. Whether it’s creating art projects, working on history-themed crafts, or collaborating on hands-on science experiments, these interactive activities help homeschool students apply what they’ve learned in a creative and enjoyable way. Group projects foster teamwork and communication, while fun crafts and activities provide opportunities for self-expression and skill-building. These experiences add excitement and engagement to the academic curriculum, making learning both fun and memorable!
Mountain View Homeschooling offers a tailored experience for three distinct age groups: Junior High, Upper Elementary, and Lower Elementary. Each group is tailored to meet the unique developmental and academic needs of the students.
Junior High: Offers a more academic-focused curriculum, with opportunities for developing time management skills, independent assignments, and electives that challenge students to think critically and creatively. While still providing plenty of time for social engagement and relationship-building.
Lower Elementary: Focuses on building foundational skills with hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and creative crafts that make learning fun and engaging.
Upper Elementary: Encourages deepening exploration of subjects, with simple projects and group classwork, while continuing to integrate fun activities like art and science experiments.
